Shipping Policy

WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE UK.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Items are dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For– second class.
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and take further 2 working days to be delivered.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us by email at info@askivalrum.com.
Due to Royal Mails guidelines on sending alcohol we have to send the bottles in individual packages, even for orders which have multiple bottles in the order. So it is possible that they could arrive on separate days but this would be rare.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to prohibitive shipping costs and regulations, we do not currently accept international orders via our website. Please contact us at info@askivalrum.com if you are interested in ordering from outside the UK and we will try our best to accommodate.

DAMAGED PARCELS
If the parcel arrives and is clearly damaged (broken/leaking) please do not accept or sign for it. If the order has arrived and it is only apparent that is damaged after accepting the delivery and please get in contact with info@askivalrum.com and we do our best to resolve the problem.
